IMPORTANT: Last Pick is NOT a lottery company. We are a technology platform that connects merchants with customers for prize draws. We do not operate, manage, or conduct lottery activities.

Last Pick is not responsible for prize delivery, prize quality, or merchant fulfillment of obligations. Customers must conduct their own research on merchants before committing to any purchase.

We do not encourage or condone gambling. All prize draws should be viewed as entertainment. Users must participate responsibly and within their means.

By accessing or using the Last Pick platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access or use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By using Last Pick, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to maintain its accuracy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• 5.1. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
• 5.2. You must provide accurate information when purchasing tickets.
• 5.3. Winners are selected through a certified random number generation (RNG) system that has been tested and verified (chi-square statistic: 1026.024, sample size: 1000).
• 5.4. Merchant Responsibility: Merchants, not Last Pick, are solely responsible for prize delivery, prize quality, and fulfillment of all obligations.
• 5.5. Customer Due Diligence: Customers must research merchants and verify their legitimacy before making purchases. Last Pick does not guarantee merchant reliability or prize delivery.
• 5.6. Prize claims must be made within 90 days of the draw date.
• 5.7. Responsible Participation: Do not spend more than you can afford. If you feel you may have a gambling problem, please seek help.

• 6.1. Merchants must provide accurate prize descriptions and images.
• 6.2. Merchants are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for prize fulfillment, delivery, quality, and all customer interactions. Last Pick has no responsibility or liability for prize-related matters.
• 6.3. Merchants must honor all prize commitments and deliver prizes as described.
• 6.4. Last Pick charges a platform fee on each ticket sold.
• 6.5. Merchants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• 6.6. Last Pick reserves the right to remove any merchant or prize listing.
• 6.7. Merchants acknowledge that Last Pick is not a lottery operator and bears no responsibility for draw outcomes or prize delivery.

Users must not engage in any activity that:

• 7.1. Violates any law or regulation.
• 7.2. Infringes on intellectual property rights.
• 7.3. Attempts to manipulate draws or results.
• 7.4. Involves creating multiple accounts.
• 7.5. Disrupts the platform's functionality.

Last Pick acts solely as a technology platform connecting merchants and customers.

• 8.1. Last Pick is not liable for prize delivery, quality, or merchant failures.
• 8.2. Last Pick is not liable for merchant conduct, legitimacy, or practices.
• 8.3. Last Pick is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits.
• 8.4. Last Pick is not liable for disputes between customers and merchants.
• 8.5. Last Pick is not liable for losses arising from prize draws or ticket purchases.

Last Pick reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
